As Project Architect Lead, working with the Project Designer, I was responsible for a team of 10 working in Seattle and Portland. I successfully delivered all phases through permitting for this 1 million + SF market-rate apartment complex.
This vibrant, mixed-use development in Bellevue, Washington provides entertainment and activity spaces to foster a self-sufficient community.
The development adds 618 units of varying sizes over four residential buildings. Two amenity buildings in the center of the development offer various spaces, including a fitness room, pool, spa rooms, meeting rooms, a catering kitchen, and outdoor pavilions. The complex incorporates 750 below-grade parking spaces on two levels.
